 Our Service Terms & Conditions

 

1. General Services

  • Good Company Málaga will clean the full property after guest check-out.
  • Cleaning includes bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom, trash removal, and making beds with host-provided linen, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Provider performs a visual damage check and informs the host via WhatsApp or email.

 

2. Linen & Laundry

  • In BASIC and PLUS packages, the host provides clean bed linen and towels. Dirty linen will be collected and placed in an agreed storage spot.
  • In the PREMIUM package, the provider supplies fresh linen/towels and takes care of laundry.
  • If laundry costs exceed normal usage (e.g. heavy stains), these may be charged additionally.

 

3. Key Management & Guest Check-in/out

  • Keys may be handed over in person or placed in a lockbox.
  • Late arrivals (after 20:00) or urgent check-ins are subject to an extra fee.

 

4. Liability

  • Provider is not responsible for theft or loss of guest belongings.
  • Any damage caused by the provider will be compensated reasonably.

 

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment per turnover or via monthly invoice.
  • Payment within 7 days after invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
  • In case of non-payment, services may be suspended.

 

6. Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the service fee may be charged.

 

7. Force Majeure

  • In case of illness, extreme weather, or government restrictions, the provider may postpone or cancel services without liability.
